Please read these terms carefully before using the TDA website and services.
By accessing and using the TDA website and associated domains (including but not limited to decoratorsassociation.org, www.decoratorsassociation.org, and screen-printing.us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. TDA reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Use at any time. The Decorators Association (TDA) provides a comprehensive platform for screen printing professionals and businesses. Our services include:
TDA makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service.
TDA offers tiered membership levels at the following annual subscription rates:
All memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of the subscription start date, unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. You will receive email notification 30 days prior to renewal. You agree that TDA is authorized to charge the credit card or payment method on file for the renewal amount.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request through their account dashboard or by contacting TDA directly. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
Members who held active TDA memberships prior to the implementation of the current membership structure maintain grandfathered status, which provides continued membership benefits at their original subscription rate.
Memberships are non-refundable except where required by law. If you have technical difficulties preventing access to membership benefits, TDA will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a service credit toward a future billing period.
The Certified Decorator Professional (CDP) examination is administered by TDA as a comprehensive assessment of professional screen printing knowledge and competency. Exam details are as follows:
No Refunds: Examination fees are non-refundable once the exam has been started. If you need to cancel prior to starting the exam, contact TDA within 24 hours of registration for a potential refund.
Study Materials: Candidates may reference the official TDA CDP Study Guide during the examination. Unauthorized materials, external devices (except for basic calculators), or assistance from other individuals is strictly prohibited.
Certificate Issuance: Candidates who achieve a passing score receive the CDP credential and official certificate within 5 business days. Certificates are valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance.
Recertification: TDA Pro members (Professional or Business tier) are eligible for recertification renewal at a reduced rate within 90 days of credential expiration. Non-members and expired credentials require re-examination at full examination fee.

Members retain all rights to content they provide in their directory listings, including business descriptions, contact information, and images. By posting member content to TDA services, you grant TDA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating the member directory and promoting TDA services.
TDA makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and currency of information in the member directory. However, TDA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of directory listings and assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Each member is solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information in their directory listing. TDA will make reasonable efforts to notify members before removing listings, except in cases of violations or abuse.
Member listings must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content. TDA may reject or remove listings that promote illegal activities, contain hate speech, are sexually explicit, or otherwise violate community standards.

Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. TDA does not endorse and assumes no liability for third-party content, products, or services. If you encounter a broken link or believe a linked resource violates these Terms, please report it to TDA contact information provided in Section 16.
TDA uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal, to securely process membership subscriptions and examination fees. By submitting payment information, you consent to the sharing of necessary transaction data with these payment processors in accordance with their privacy policies and terms of service.
TDA does not store complete credit card information. Payment processing is handled entirely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.
