Welcome to The Hub. This is where decorators come to talk shop, share work, ask questions, and help each other get better. A few ground rules: be cool, share what you know, and remember everyone started somewhere. Method channels on the left, post to Everything if it's cross-craft. Let's build this thing. ๐Ÿค

500 puff embroidery beanies for a local brewery โ€” done and shipped. The 3D foam on the logo turned out absolutely nuts. First big order of the year and it's only March. Machine ran like a dream the whole time. ๐Ÿงต

My 230 mesh aluminum frames keep losing tension after about 20 prints. Already re-glued with new adhesive, retensioned to 25 N/cm. Still drops to ~18 after a short run. Mesh is new Saati, frames are from Gold Up. Am I overtensioning? Bad frames? Anyone had this with aluminum?

Finally moved out of the garage and into a proper 800 sqft space. Sawgrass SG1000, 16x20 Geo Knight press, and a Cricut for vinyl on the side. Took 14 months of grinding out sublimation mugs and tumblers to get here. If you're still in the garage โ€” keep going. ๐Ÿ’ช

Quick tip for HTV on polyester: Drop your temp to 285ยฐF and add 5 seconds to your press time. I was scorching poly blends for months before someone told me this. The lower temp + longer press gives you the same adhesion without the dye migration. Changed everything.
